Fireworks

We lit off fireworks at Grandma Cyndy's the night before Bryce and I flew to Canada. I didn't think we were going to get to see fireworks being in Canada over the 4th but we did!! Canada Day is the 1st and they light off fireworks which made my night! Grady loved being in charge of lighting the little fireworks and Bryce was fascinated by the snaps! I have always loved the 4th of July but its even better now that my newest nephew chose that day to arrive in our arms!

Bryce and Grandpa Greg loved the snaps!!

Snaps!
Smoke bombs!
Don't worry it's just a sparkler :)

Camping

We went camping with some friends of ours a few months ago. We had the boat hooked up but the winds were too strong to take it off the trailer so we found a spot on the river to camp. It was so nice!

Plenty of shallow water for the kids to play in

Yep, they were having a blast jumping in to ankle deep water!

Brad took all the kids for a walk down the river banks
Taylor caught the first fish
Bryce caught the second
He was SO excited and was jumping up and down yelling with excitement!
Even Brad was excited to catch one. The fish were extra hungry
because they would cast a line and have a bite within minutes!

Bryce caught another one!
And another :)
They like to catch them but sure don't want to take them off
the hook or place them back in the water
Grady's big catch

~Brotherly Love~

This is proof that they really DO love each other!! We stayed in a hotel the night before Bryce and I flew to Canada and this is what this Proud Mommy got to see right before I woke them up! They are the worst of enemies some days but usually the best of friends most days! I cherish moments like these for sure!!

While here in Canada Brad and Grady were skyping with Bryce and I yesterday. Bryce kept waving into the camera and yelling "hi Grady" with all the excitement his little body could hold. Grady was trying to tell Bryce that he went fishing with daddy and about the super fun weekend they had. Bryce wouldn't stop saying hi Grady so Grady finally yelled loudly into the computer "Bryce be quiet, I'm trying to talk to you and tell you a story" "Listen to me Bryce" Bryce was not happy with being told what to do so he started to whine a bit. Brad and I looked each other in the eyes through the computer and with a smirk Brad says "I didn't know it was going to be possible for them to fight over the computer so many miles away" I just smiled and said "I know right, they sure do miss each other!"

Photography Lesson

I got a new camera at Thanksgiving time due to my sister winning it and selling it to me at a much cheaper price!! But I have yet to master it or really know what I'm doing when I'm taking pics. I finally figured out how to add and take away light to make pictures better so that Bryce doesn't look like he was sent from heaven in all his milky whiteness and glare from it!! Grady's pics turn out the exact opposite with his dark tanning body like his daddy's! I love my boys but their skin color is night and day kinda crazy!! I always thought Bryce got his skin color from being a 'red head' but I'm just as milky as him so I'll claim him and his beautiful red hair! Love you boys in all your differences AND similarities!!

~My favorite for sure~ Love a nice brother shot~

My cousin Shawna posted pics trying to get a 'good' one of her kids together, well these last pics are for you Shawna. It works just as smoothly for me as it does for you ;)  And these are only the ones I kept, I could have shown you many, many more but I stopped with just these and my crazy comedians!
