The Shriner's Circus Came to Kearney

The Shriner's Circus came to Kearney last week, the school had handed out tickets and Grady asked every day for a week when we were going to go. I hate to let a kid down so we loaded up and went last week. I'm so glad we did because it was very entertaining to them at this age but might not be in a few more years. They had a blast and so did mom and dad :)
There were two motorcycle drivers in this ball, Bryce can't stop talking about it
Anna the elephant was pretty amazing with all of her tricks
We found Sharky the juggling clown in the hallway
Bryce doesn't like clowns any better than he likes Santa or the Easter Bunny :(
There were three spinning, twirling, flipping ladies on ropes, pretty cool!
At one point this hula lady had 30 some hula hoops around her body
Grady was more interested in the circus food than the actual events...
Bryce however, LOVED every minute of it pointing and smiling
Grady devoured the cotton candy within minutes
Bryce tried it but wasn't a big fan of it
 The arena
These ponies did some neat things and Bryce kept saying he wanted to ride them :)

Outdoor Adventures

One day Brad took his boys to the shop to build something together
Love our bird house, looks great next to my hanging basket I put together today
Yep, seeing this is pretty common at our house. They were using the garden hose to 'gas up' their toys and when I went to snap the picture Bryce yelled, 'wait I gotta pee' with no regard to where he was at. Good thing we live in Hazard where no one cares and those that see will wave anyways ;)

The long sidewalks around our house provide fast tracks for our kids toys
I love summer time for the pretty flowers and freshly mowed lawn smell
Bryce wanted to mow just like daddy
The new sandbox is never empty!!

Grady's Bday Party

On the actual day of Grady's birthday we had some of his preschool friends over after school that day. In the few short hours they were at our house I think they played with EVERY toy the boys own! For supper they roasted hotdogs and had a picnic outside. The trampoline is always a good time for energetic boys and the picture with Grandpa Greg and Grandma Cyndy is Greg shooting a marshmallow gun! The boys LOVED trying to catch the marshmallows and shooting at each other! Everyone got a turn and I the night was a success! Happy 5th Birthday Grady Lee, we love you more than life itself!
